We are looking for a new team member to join a growing TPA firm as Director of Operations. This position will lead the operation team and be part of the management team. The candidate must be customer service oriented while having strong attention to detail skills and deadline driving mindset. Service and relationships are very important to us.

Responsibilities position includes:

  • Leading and overseeing 316 Services
  • Oversee all transactional processes (Distributions, Loans, Contribution submittals)
  • Responsible for Participant Services
  • Recordkeeper Liaison & expert
  • Optimizing and maintaining CRM & workflow system
  • Projects that can build efficiency across the organization
  • Administrative Support

Requirements

  • 3 + years of retirement industry experience
  • PensionPro a plus
  • ASC knowledge a plus
  • Strong Excel & accounting skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast- passed environment
  • Excellent Written and oral communication skills
  • Team player
  • 4-year degree or retirement plan experience
