Heritage Pension Advisors, Inc. is a full-service TPA and Recordkeeper located in Commack, NY.  We pride ourselves on our incredible client retention which starts with our terrific employees.  We are looking for an energetic plan administrator to join our team as a DC administrator or, preferably, DB/DC administrator.  

Job Summary:   Heritage Pension Advisors is looking for an experienced DB\DC Administrator to take over full administration on a caseload of approximately 60 clients.  The caseload consists of DC Plans and DC/DB combo plans.  Most plans are in the smaller plan market with a couple of audited plans.

Responsibilities:   

• Maintaining client and advisor relationships
• Plan design
• Plan documents
• Plan amendments
• Compliance testing
• Tax reporting

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a plan administrator. Familiarity with FT Williams is a plus.  We prefer to have local employees for collaboration purposes but will also strongly consider remote work.  We currently have half and half with our current staff. Good written and oral communication skills are a must.
