Job Summary:   Primark Benefits is looking for an experienced Pension Administrator to co-manage our Pension Administration department. This full-time salaried employee will work closely with Senior Director managing DC and DB Plan administration, Plan documentation, developing, and implementing department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Co-manage our team of 10 Pension Administrators
• Direct manager of Document Assistant
• Quality assurance - review of peers work in Advanced Compliance Testing.  This consists of coverage testing on either and aggregated or disaggregated basis as needed for both Section 410(b) and Section 401(a)(4) compliance.
• Ability to provide feedback and solutions for various discrimination testing issues
• Overview of potential Clients/Plans; identify possible compliance issues
• EPCRS Corrections procedures for filing and calculating EPCRS work
• Manage required Plan Amendments and Document Restatements

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plan and Document Administration, ERISA, IRS & DOL regulations.
• Strength in research and problem-solving for pension compliance
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in collaborative leadership
• Pension Certifications:
  • QPA – Minimum Required
  • ERPA – Strongly preferred
  • CPC – Preferred
• System Knowledge:
  • ASC Compliance - Required
  • ASC Documents – Required
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Preferred
  • PensionPro – Preferred
