Cleveland financial / retirement planning firm has excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, well organized individual to learn 401(k) plans from the ground up.  This position will provide direct support for our firm’s 401(k) Plan Administrators with a goal of having taking on their own block of retirement plans to administer within 6 to 9 months of hire as our company grows.

Duties include:

• Processing deposits related to retirement plans
• Processing withdrawals from retirement plans
• Determining 401(k) plan enrollments
• Trust reconciliations for retirement plans
• Government form preparation
• General administrative tasks

Qualifications / Skills / Interests:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field
• Aptitude for systems and technology
• Math aptitude with a love of numbers
• Rewarded by helping people
• Aptitude for / interest in advanced Excel applications
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, sponsors and participants
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize duties
