Retirement, LLC has an office in Oklahoma City and Sioux Falls, SD but who wants to live there? So, work from your home office or you could move, your choice.  At Retirement LLC, we support each other and believe a team focused on each other, a quality service model and client satisfaction is a winning combination.  

These are the applications we use because we think they are the best:  Relius ASP Administration and recordkeeping, FtWilliam documents & 5500 module, and PensionPro to track projects, clients, plans and contacts (it’s pretty cool if you are into that kind of stuff).   

You’re still reading so we must have sparked your interest.  Here are some of the boring but very important specifics of the type of person we need.  Let’s be realistic, you don’t need to match these 100% to be a good candidate unless you are superhuman. 

• A to Z plan administration with pooled trustee-directed plans, outside recordkeepers, and daily trading platforms
• Profit Share calculations such as New Comparability and Integrated formulas
• ADP\ACP Testing
• Corrective processes for failed testing and early enrollments
• Calculation and verification of safe harbor formulas
• Form 5500 and Schedule SSA preparation and filing
• Correction for late deferrals and Form 5330 preparation
• Completion\Review of plan documents 

These are the soft skills that we value as much as the technical stuff.

• Both verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, problem solver not a problem maker
• If you work from home, you have to be organized and be able to manage your time (we call it being a grown up)
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel, Relius recordkeeping, 5500 preparation\filing, and qualified plan documents
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Customer service (being nice, respectful and more professional than this job posting!)
• Have fun.  Work hard & play hard.

Icing on the cake: We offer a competitive salary and bonus package, unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) just keep it reasonable, 401(k) plan and health insurance. Our employees all have the option to work in one of our offices or to work remote.  Our work offices are casual with flexible work hours.
