LRS specializes in finding streamlined solutions for companies that need to provide retirement benefits in emerging and underserved industries. We provide  retirement plan management services, including plan design, administration , compliance and correction, and open architecture recordkeeping services, to advisors, managers, plan sponsors, and participants .

Position: Client Expeience Team Member

Salary: DOE

Location: Remote

Hours: Full-Time

The Client Experience Team Member is responsible for oversight of the sponsor, participant, and partner plan management processes. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. This includes managing client and advisor expectations and meeting service timelines for retirement plan clients to ensure a positive and efficient experience. 

Our team is dedicated to supporting all our team members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for clients, partners, and vendors, by actively supporting inquiries received via email, live chat, website inquiries, phone and more.
  • Consulting with plan sponsors to assist them with optimal plan design to achieve the highest profitability of a successful retirement program
  • Oversee plans in maintenance status and consulting on operational matters.
  • Learn 3rd party application communication tools, identify how our internal team members and external clients/partners can better utilize such tools, create, and provide training to maximize the use of such tools.
  • Develop our external and internal knowledge base, , by creating training materials and FAQs to support internal team members, clients, and partners with effective instructions.
  • Collect, maintain, and report Key Performance Indicators and metrics related to client communication  
  • Facilitate and provide online   application training for new clients and partners.
  • Recommend and implement operational changes that improve client satisfaction and decrease client and partner inquiries.
  • Support the implementation of new clients with our company,  .
  • Prepare  participant notices and other sponsor and participant communication.
  • Analyzing client accounts for possible revenue earning opportunities
  • Creates and maintains documentation, policies, and procedures for assigned tasks.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, client, and research matters.

An ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience servicing and/or onboarding company sponsored retirement plans and/or experience in the financial services or investment industry
  • ASPPA RPF 1, ASPPA RPF 2, or QKA certifications preferred.
  • Experience with SRT preferred
  • Superb communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service
  • The ability to communicate expectations, requirements, and progress to senior leaders, peers, and team members
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, proficient with numbers and basic calculations
  • A demonstrated track-record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Willingness to continually upgrade knowledge and understanding of our industry
  • Strong command of technology and ability to learn new software solutions easily and quickly.
  • Proficiency is required with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and browsing network directories.
  • Proficiency working in a completely remote environment
  • Solutions-oriented and ability to handle changing and competing responsibilities.
