IWT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems (ticker: WMS, NYSE).

The majority of our products are produced almost entirely from recycled resins. Infiltrator's recycling operation is among the country's top twenty producers / consumers of recycled resins and among only a few of whom consume 100% of that resin in the finished products produced. Infiltrator operates some of largest molding machines and robotics producing the largest plastic molded parts in the world. IWT has always and continues to compete on innovation; we hold over 200 patents.


Role Overview:

This position will be responsible for the administration of our employee benefits program for the Kentucky Manufacturing campus. You will serve as the primary contact with our employees regarding benefit coverage, claims questions, open enrollment, as well as employee communications.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine benefit questions from employees
  • Facilitates benefit enrollment and administrative processes
  • Enter new enrollments, changes, terminations in our 3rd party system
  • Informs and advises employees on benefit matters regarding eligibility and coverage
  • Responsible for ensuring employees complete benefit enrollment and or changes in a timely manner to ensure coverage is in place
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims
  • Coordinate employee orientations and back-up to payroll
  • Maintain and update employee records and benefits files
  • Assist with the annual open enrollment process
  • Assist with special projects within the benefits area
  • Administers the Short-term disability, Long-term disability, and Family Medical Leave programs
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and market trends

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
  • Be a team player
  • Proficient with MS Office, e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
