The New Business Implementation Team is responsible for establishing new clients onto the Definiti third party administration platform. The Implementation Specialist takes center stage on communications with clients, financial advisors and recordkeeping partners. As a team, we own the entire retirement plan onboarding process from sales through first deposit, while ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of plans.

This role serves as a project manager responsible for the communication of timelines, education of procedures and plan operations, and ensuring all conversion requirements have been met and recorded.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retirement plan industry; significant prior implementation, conversion or project management experience may count for up to 2 years of experience
• Demonstrate ability to manage and track multiple concurrent project simultaneously
• Comfort coordinating the activities of various individuals, including clients, external partners, as well as internal Definiti teams
• In-depth knowledge of implementation and conversions of retirement plans strongly preferred
• ASC or Relius experience strongly preferred
• ASPPA, NIPA or CEBS designations or equivalents strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field; else extensive work experience
• Advanced proficiency with standard office suite of technology applications
