Each retirement plan administrator focuses on a book of business where they are responsible for complete administration of a caseload including census and asset reconciliation, contribution allocations, non-discrimination testing, valuation reporting, distributions, Form 5500, and communication. Our teams participate in weekly staff meetings and on-going training.

Our goal is to support our teams to be the best administrator they can be while helping them prepare for their next step, whether that be deepening their knowledge or working towards team leadership.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with retirement plan administration in a TPA environment
  • Experience using administration software; Relius Administration preferred
  • Strong MS Excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables
  • Proven reconciliation skills
  • Ability to read and understand Plan Documents and investment statements
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to have:

  • ASPPA or NIPA credentials
  • College degree
