For the fifth consecutive year, The Standard received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. We want to be a company where all employees feel comfortable being who they are when they’re here. There is still much work to be done, but including a diversity of opinions, backgrounds and experiences makes us a stronger company, and one that can better serve our customers.
