Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, has an immediate opening for a Manager Compensation – North America. This position can be remote/residence based or ideally located at our Corporate
Headquarters in Allentown, Pa. or region office based in Houston, TX.
As part of the Global Total Rewards Community of Expertise (COE), this position manages the compensation programs for employees in the North America region. The
primary responsibility is to manage, analyze, design, implement compensation programs that support the strategic goals of the businesses in the region. Aligned with the Total Rewards philosophy and framework and global job grading structure, the pay
programs need to be both internally equitable and externally competitive.
The incumbent will provide Compensation leadership guidance to local HR partners so that they in turn effectively execute contemporary rewards in support of their
business units and functions. The position works closely with Rewards COE, HR Partners, Business/Functional Managers to ensure that all aspects of Compensation in North America are aligned to business goals and global rewards philosophy and drive
high performance culture.
