We are a progressive, growing financial services and third-party administration firm in St. Louis, MO specializing in the retirement plan market place seeking a highly motivated, reliable self-starter to become an integral member of our team.

We are looking for a retirement plan administrator candidate for small to medium-size clients!  Preferred candidates should possess the following qualities: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Microsoft Office, Word and Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet schedules and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Clear, accurate and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• ASPPA or NIPA certification a plus but not required.
• Overall knowledge of plan rules including contributions, distributions and loans.
• Experience with Datair software systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include: 

• Completion of Annual Valuations and IRS Form 5500 reporting.
• Import census information and asset information into valuation software.
• Perform all annual testing including ADP/ACP discrimination testing, 410(b) coverage testing, top heavy testing, 401(a)(4) testing, etc.
• Providing high-level support and guidance to our 401(k) clients and brokers.
• Accessing various websites daily to verify that transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Answering incoming calls as needed.
