Retirement Savings Plan Analyst

You’ll oversee daily activities like investing payroll contributions, determining if an employee is eligible for benefits, process requests for withdrawals and more. As you learn and build your skills, you’ll have the chance to explore other career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage retirement savings plan cash flow
  • Investing payroll contributions
  • Reconciling plan assets to make sure our system matches what is tracked externally
  • Monitor and analyze daily transactions, such as fund transfers, and data collection
  • Accurately handle benefit payment and loan requests
  • Respond promptly, professionally and courteously to phone and email inquiries
  • Discuss retirement savings plan features with employer clients and their employees

After successfully completing in-office training, the Retirement Savings Plan Analyst will have the opportunity to work a hybrid (remote/in-office) schedule as agreed upon with his or her manager. The right candidate must live within commuting distance of an office location.

  • Use required software applications, including Microsoft Office 365 and established databases

  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical field of study or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Compensation

  • $53,000 annual base salary
  • Ability to earn an annual bonus
  • Competitive benefits package
