Retirement Savings Plan Analyst

in Seattle WA

Logo for NWPS

Come join us with helping people save for their future. Our company offers employers the ability to provide retirement savings plans to their employees through 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans.

NWPS strives to provide an extraordinary work environment that supports the happiness and well-being of our staff, clients, and company, in that order.

We believe we should all act in the best interest of our clients and fellow staff members, treat each other with respect, and expect the same of ourselves as we do from everyone else. Do the right thing, all the time, take care of clients, and we all succeed together.

Join us to work on a team of critically-thinking, detailed-oriented people who support our clients and their employees with their retirement savings plans’ operation.

You’ll oversee daily activities like investing payroll contributions, determining if an employee is eligible for benefits, process requests for withdrawals and more. As you learn and build your skills, you’ll have the chance to explore other career opportunities.
