As part of a transformation of how we deliver to our participant population in Retirement Services (RS), we are seeking a dynamic leader who has built high-performing teams, understands how to partner cross-functionally to envision and successfully implement integrated solutions, and will work to deliver improved financial confidence for clients of OneAmerica. As the Director of the Financial Concierge Services Team, you will be instrumental in delivering on our mission to be there when our customers need us the most!

The Director will develop, transform, and lead a team of individual contributors responsible for providing financial consultation services over the phone to active and separated OneAmerica (OA) retirement plan participants. The team is focused on advising and supporting participants who have a desire for one-on-one guidance during key points in their journey to financial confidence.

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
