Position Purpose: This position will serve as the focal point for both existing clients and Financial Advisors/firms/brokers. Responsibilities include relationship management for these accounts, contributing to successful service experience and product enhancements by consultative advice and support via dedicated alignment with a service team and execution of coordinated strategies to support the client and financial professional. Promote plan retention via ownership, troubleshooting and problem resolution of escalated service issues associated with assigned accounts.

Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.
