We are seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated Defined Benefits Administrator who wants to delight clients. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated and able to manage their own caseload, including deadlines. Administrators are responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including compliance testing, distribution and loan processing and regulatory reporting. We are looking for an individual willing to roll up their sleeves and handle any and all tasks related to the engagement.

This individual will work in our office in Pasadena, California. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years recent hands-on Defined Benefit administration experience
• Very strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience working “unbundled” with national daily recordkeeping platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and client service skills
• Plan design, consulting and plan document preparation experience are highly desirable
• Experience with Datair software is preferred, though not essential
• Qualified Pension or 401(k) Administrator certification is a plus (QPA, QKA)
