We’re growing our Compliance Team! ForUsAll is the place and Retirement Plan Administrator is the role! This is an exciting opportunity to learn the inner workings of a fintech advisor with substantial growth potential.  The ideal candidate has significant TPA experience, is client services-oriented, dedicated, and has a strong understanding of DOL and IRS regulations. You will be part of a team of highly motivated, mission-driven, individuals who are responsible for ensuring that the plans on our platform comply with all IRS and DOL regulations.


  • Act as the authority on DOL guidelines and regulations for plan administration
  • Supervise Compliance Associates who will review and approve plan distributions
  • Be the subject matter expert and partner with our Software development team to help build tools to automate plan administration and compliance
  • Work with other members of the team to oversee plan administration for our clients
  • Prepare plan calculations for employer contributions taking including new comparability and plan cross testing
  • Review and approve IRS mandated testing for defined contribution plans performed by record keepers and third party administrators
  • Recommend correction method and/or plan design changes in order to achieve client goals for the plan
  • Act as liaison and perform annual oversight of compliance packages, including non-discrimination testing and Tax From 5500 filings, provided by vendors
  • Assist in preparing amendments, as well as other filings, on behalf of our clients
  • Effectively explain plan designs and address questions to ensure our clients fully understand their individualized plans
  • Other administrative projects as needed


  • 3+ years of experience In Retirement Plan Administration
  • ASPPA or NIPA credentials preferred but not required
  • Experience with FT Williams software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interface with clients.
  • Desire to function as part of a team with the ability to self-motivate to meet client demands.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Success in this role means you’ll be given more freedom to explore various directions for our product and the opportunity to achieve ASPPA or NIPA credentials.
