Pension Kinetics, Inc. is a rapidly growing third-party administration and consulting company located in Orange County, California. We offer comprehensive plan solutions and consulting services to plan sponsors ranging in size from 1 to 1,000 employees. We are seeking an experienced administrator with hands-on experience in defined contribution plan administration to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a block of DC retirement plans, requiring full plan administration duties. This would include plan census collection, contribution calculations, nondiscrimination testing, trust accounting, account reconciliation, calculation of eligibility and vesting and other related administration duties.
  • Preparation of required governmental forms, including Form 5500, 8955-SSA and 1099-R
  • Daily communications with plan sponsors
  • Ability to create plan document and plan amendments if needed
  • Reviewing distribution and loan requests

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of retirement plan administration experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Deadline oriented with excellent time management
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • ASC software experience is a plus
  • Defined Benefit Plan Experience is a plus
