We are expanding our Plan Administration team and are currently seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable person to grow with our group.  You will work from your home office with the support of AimPoint Pension. We are looking for an excellent team player with the ability to add to our company culture in which we strive to help people increase personal wealth so they may reach their own retirement success. To deliver an excellence in service by encouraging employee collaboration in a team-oriented work culture, involving employees on a leadership level, sharing ideas to continuously keep the company moving forward to improve the quality of our product and services.

 

Role:  Handle case load of qualified retirement plans of various types, consult with plan sponsor and advisor clients on improving current plan, various other duties to be determined from time to time, and other leadership duties to help grow business and increase client satisfaction.

The plan administrator position requires:

  • Provide industry leading client experience to plan sponsor and advisor clients
  • At least 2 years’ experience as Plan Administrator
  • Learn all systems used by AimPoint in operations of business
  • Provide input to improve AimPoint client experience and processes
  • Other duties as they are needed to grow our business
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skill set
  • Strong verbal, written and consultative communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivation to work with little direction or supervision

The job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for a case load of Defined Contribution plans
  • Compliance testing 410(b), 415, 404, 401(a)(4), 414, etc.
  • Government Forms preparation
  • Trust reconciliation
  • Consulting and plan design

The qualifications are:

  • Job Experience of at least 2 years as plan administrator
  • Experience with ftwilliam.com administrative software preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • College degree or comparable professional/industry work experience strongly preferred
  • ASPPA or NIPA credentials or willingness to obtain certification(s)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
