We're looking for someone to join our team as a HP Operations Analyst (Retirement & Benefits) who:

Assists HP Operations Analyst with Contact Center request. Works with HP subject matter experts to identify, plan and implement HP Operations initiatives. Provides technical assistance for projects, upgrades, and enhancements. This role will primarily focus on 401k and 403b plan audits for funding. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of employer sponsored benefits plan, retirement plans, and leave of absence billing.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists Sr. HP Operations and Business Analyst with coordination and implement of systemwide HP initiatives.
  • Coordinates activities associated with the implementation of new features and enhanced functionality of the HCM system.
  • Along with Technical Services and Data Analytics staff monitors data integrity to ensure accurate HCM reporting.
  • Coordinate HP Market Leaders with implementation of market specific or systemwide HP initiatives including submission incentives and annual increases to the Technical Services Team.
  • Performs specialized benefits tasks for associates across the organization. Acts as point-of-contact for resolution or escalation of inquiries about benefits programs/plan structures, as well as enrollments and life event processing.
  • Assist the Timekeeping and Technical Services Teams with companywide HCM projects as required.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Three to five years prior benefits analytics and support experience: Preferred
  • Experience with HRIS technology platforms (such as Oracle HCM): Preferred
