Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to drive revenue by identifying firms and decision makers within those firms to target for adoption, communicating about the program and closing sales to drive revenue. The Sales Executive will report to the Head of Sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully executing on the sales plan.
  • Develop prospecting strategies that focus on the customer’s needs and showcases Custodia's product value.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas.
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities.
  • Leverage existing relationships and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with and understanding prospect needs.
  • Exceed sales quotas.
  • Research prospects and identify key contacts using Custodia’s databases and other public resources. Keep CRM tools up to date.
  • Research ahead of calls to ensure knowledge of organization, crafting messages that are relevant and generate interest.
  • Headquartered in Dallas, TX.  Working remote is an option for this position.

About You

  • You have excellent sales skills: rapport building, active listening, qualification questioning, objection stabilizing, strong presentation delivery, strategic prospecting and closing a deal.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services and Human Resources industries.
  • You thrive in a fast paced and team-oriented environment with a dedication to constant self-improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great presenter. Able to present in person, via video conference and at industry conferences. Motivated by success and hard work.
  • Ability to be agile.
  • Desire to grow and evolve with a fast-growing emerging company.
  • 10 years of relevant experience selling payroll, HR or retirement services.
  • 4 year college degree.
