Position: Full-time Administrative Professional

Location: Oklahoma City, OK – 73120

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 12 pm Friday

Details:

TriStar Pension Consulting, a Compliance Consultant for Qualified Retirement Plans, is seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team! We are looking for a responsible self-starter with exceptional customer service skills and administrative knowledge to help us manage our growing client base!

Advancement opportunities available with proper training and credential acquirements.

Key Responsibilities (training will be provided):

  • Represent company in extremely client-facing position
  • Manage annual projects for a segment of clients
  • Reconcile payroll data to client reports
  • Manage investment correction projects
  • Complete IRS forms for clients
  • Process 401(k) loan and distribution requests
  • Calculate interest, taxes, and penalties on retirement plan loans, rollovers, and withdrawals
  • Support office staff in assigned project work

Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of proper email and phone etiquette
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work independently in an unsupervised setting
  • Professional dress and manner

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related major is preferred.

Prior office administration and benefits administration or accounting work is a plus.
