The Manager, Managed Accounts Service and Operations provides managerial leadership and Managed Accounts and Operations oversight. They will serve as Managed Account and Middle Office subject matter expert and promotional product leader and work directly with key internal stakeholders, service providers/vendors and technology teams to design and implement process and technology solutions.

Essential Functions for this role include:

  • Manage and motivate the Managed Accounts and Middle Office teams.
  • Evaluate, design, implement, and improve data/process flows, technologies, operating models, and requirements.
  • Identify and research transactional and data problems/issues, escalate as appropriate and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor/subject matter expert to business partners, internally and externally, to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of Managed Account deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing Managed Accounts training and education to internal stakeholders.

If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:

  • 5-7 years of related professional technical financial service operations experience.
  • Data/Business Process Analysis
  • Knowledge of Financial Service Products
  • Highly Proficient Oral and Written Communication Problem
  • Knowledge of Relational Databases and Ability to Research (Sequel skills preferred)
  • Knowledge of Morningstar RM5
