Our team is looking for a candidate who has experience in the qualified retirement plan industry and can assist specifically with the day-to-day administration of retirement plans. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assisting participants and plan sponsors with questions regarding eligibility, vesting, distributions and compliance
  • Reconcile census information to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate any corrections that are needed to plan sponsor and team members
  • Prepare compliance testing at year end
  • Review compliance testing for accuracy and can clearly explain any compliance issues
  • Ability to work on special projects meeting deadlines

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in the qualified retirement plan industry
  • Knowledge with ASC and SRT preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to take on additional projects as needed
  • Ability to work in face paced environment
