Our team is looking for a candidate who has experience in the qualified retirement plan industry and can assist specifically with our distributions department. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assisting participants and plan sponsors with distribution questions
  • Review distribution requests to ensure accuracy
  • Learn processes and procedures for multiple vendor platforms
  • Verify vesting accuracy
  • Monitor distribution workflow to ensure timely, accurate and efficient processes
  • Ability to work on special projects meeting deadlines

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in the qualified retirement plan industry
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to take on additional projects as needed

Some onsite training may be required.
