We place our client’s unique goals and circumstances at the center of our Wealth Management and Retirement Income planning process to build a customized plan working in conjunction with other members of your team (CPA, Attorney, Banker, etc). We insist on understanding all facets of your financial plan - from your personal life insurance to the company 401k and everything in between - before making any specific recommendations to ensure the client’s plan is properly executed.

This approach allows us to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive retirement income and estate plan for our clients that will span generations backed by the highly qualified WWA team.

Job Description:

As the Qualified Plan Relationship Manager, you will be the liaison between our clients, participants, and vendors. You are responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Enrollment Meetings
  • Participant Education Meetings
  • Annual Client Review Preparation
  • Annual Client Review follow up
  • Manage day to day client request
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Managing the operations for our book of business (paperwork preparation and processing, sales tracking, new participants rollovers, etc.)
  • Generate Initial sales presentation materials (Proposals, Cost comparisons, illustrations, sales booklets)
  • Responding to request for proposals

Requirements of a successful candidate:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relationship management experience in all aspects of 401k/Qualified Plans. Specifically:
    • DOL and IRS regulations
    • Plan Design
    • Enrollment Meetings
    • Participant Engagement
  • Series 6 & 63
  • Qualified Plan Designation preferred (ERPA, QKA, CPC)
  • Knowledge of the following software systems:
    • Datair Pension System and Pension Reporter
    • FT Williams Document System
    • Pension Pro Client Relationship Management System
    • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and dedication to meeting deadlines
  • A self-starter
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A desire to build relationships with your clients. Accountable for face to face meetings and responding to client calls and e-mails.
  • A desire to advance and assume additional responsibilities and grow into a leadership role.

In addition, we are seeking an individual with the ability to be pro-active and not afraid to think outside the box
