5500 & Trust Specialist I

OBJECTIVE: 
Complete 5500-EZ, 5500-SF and trust projects timely and accurately.  
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Understand basic 5500 and trust rules to complete packages accurately and deliver timely.
  • Answer 5500 and trust questions from FuturePlan staff in a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive manner.
  • Perform technical research to complete high quality 5500 and trust packages. 
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the workflow for assigned tasks. 
  • Keep excellent documentation on 5500 and trust processes.
  • Follow 5500 and trust procedures, instructions and service standards. 
  • Provide backup to other services as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • 5500 and trust preparation, management and financial services experience preferred but not required.

 
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
