Our client is seeking a database recordkeeping specialist for a long-term 6 – 12 month contract to work onsite.  The DB Recordkeeping Specialist will provide support for our client's Defined Benefits Operation business.  The DB Operations business is responsible for servicing DB participants and plan sponsors on a day to day basis.  This role will serve as the primary touch point for the upfront handling of all incoming work, processing plan and participant level data on our payment system and other administrative functions. 

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Training on procuring relevant audit documentation from recordkeeping and workflow/imaging applications in support of client audits.
  • Participant Payment Processing
  • Payee Data Report Reconciliation in support of 120 mailing packages/5500 reporting (Plan Analyst support)
  • Scanning Hard copy Procedure documentation to store electronically
  • Benefit Handling & Processing
  • Terminated Deferred Administration.
  • Administrative work in the Defined Benefit space.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Access
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Retirement Services industry a plus. 
  • Schedule:  9:00 am – 5:30 pm ET.
