Senior Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst

The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for the successful retirement plan compliance management of a high profile block of business, including advanced training, research, communication and presentation of qualified plan administration topics to clients, internal, field and product personnel.

What you will do

  • Compliance management process including annual census processing, annual testing, preparation of the IRS Form 5500, uploading contributions, research, communication and presentation of qualified plan administration topics to clients
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the specific systems and models for department
  • Mentor and support less experienced compliance associates
  • Evaluate, document, and test all system changes, developments and enhancements
  • Serve as committee leader for the purpose of establishing department level procedures
  • Oversee compliance and consulting service model to a block of business
  • Department lead for ongoing and/or specific company initiatives or system enhancements
  • Update and maintains accurate records on the Empower Administrative System (EASY)

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related area, or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of compliance experience
  • 2 years of experience working with complex plans
  • Demonstrated technical and systems abilities

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Base Salary Range

$ 63,200.00-104,300.00
