Retirement, LLC in Oklahoma City OK has an immediate opening for an entry-level support staff employee. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, in office (Memorial & North May Avenue, OKC location). This is a great opportunity for someone to step into the Qualified Pension Plan industry and learn from the ground up. We promote from inside and are in a growth pattern.
Minimum Qualifications:
Initial Basic Duties: This position is responsible for the tracking and electronic filing of approximately 800 brokerage account statements received each month. The work includes: Sorting, labeling, and scanning brokerage account statements received by mail. Tracking receipt of all statements in an excel spreadsheet. Follow up on missing statements. Balancing statements on a monthly basis. These duties are repetitive.
This position will also assist plan administrators with special projects from time to time. They will be responsible for linking finished administration product for plan sponsors to our database and additional duties as time allows.
