Compensation open.  H1(b) visas and moving paid for.  Fort Lauderdale weather thrown in!  Whatever you see other firms offering, most if not all those benefits are common to EPS.  Whatever credentials, tests and experience others request, those are also common to EPS.

Our 56-year old actuarial TPA firm has trained numerous TPAs and credentialed actuaries and paid for passing ASPPA and SOA exams.  Education is highlighted and we have obtained H1(b) visas for numerous international students using our Dallas law firm, many of whom obtained ASPPA, SOA, AAA and CCA highest designation and become Enrolled Actuaries, while starting as TPAs.  

Our  firm has three actuaries and on our TPA side, we celebrated one long-timer with 25 years with EPS by purchasing her new cars every two years.  Our small fee-basis "boutique" is run by one such international student, hired directly out of college, now our senior actuary, President and COO, with FSA, FCA and EA designations, now purchasing stock for ownership.  We must be doing something right! South Florida has no sleet, snow, or cold weather and life here has no equal and could be yours.
