We implement 401(k)s, 403(b)s, Defined Benefit Plans, SEP & Simple IRAs, ROBS, ESOPS, Church Plans, and even plans for Cannabis companies. Through our open architecture recordkeeping services, we provide investment advisors, managers, plan sponsors and participants access to traditional and nontraditional investments.

Role Responsibilities

  • You will support daily and balance forward defined contribution and defined benefit plans
  • Manage daily trading and reconciliation
  • Oversee plan and participant transaction activities
  • Organize and handle plan installations in our recordkeeping applications
  • Manage plan conversions, deconversions and mergers
  • Create online accounts for clients
  • Manage eStatements and other recurring processing activities
  • Monthly and quarterly fee processing, including invoicing and plan asset sweeps
  • Process mutual fund mergers and closings
  • Create and administer protocol for trading activities and conduct quality assurance checks
  • Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions to create efficiencies for our team and our clients.
  • Follow business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions
  • Assist with development and deployment of special projects and new services
  • Increase efficiency with clients and internal teams by identifying ways to improve processes
  • Work with implementation specialists and client consultants; assist in the creation of processes and data mapping
  • Customer support, including answering phones and email inquiries

Qualifications

  • Experience with company sponsored retirement plans and/or experience in the financial services or investment industry is preferred
  • Daily recordkeeping and trading experience is preferred
  • Experience with Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) preferred
  • Technology and quantitative background tend to lend to success in this position
  • Superb communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service
  • Accuracy, accuracy, accuracy is critical to your success in this position
  • Deadline driven
  • Solutions oriented and ability to handle changing and competing responsibilities are necessary skills when working in an emerging business, like Leading Retirement Solutions
  • Strong command of technology and ability to easily and quickly learn new software solutions
