Job Title: Client Service Manager
Reports To: Director of Operations
Classification: Full Time – Exempt., Working Remotely

Purpose of Position
The Client Service manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned caseload of client accounts. The CSM will have experience managing client and financial advisor relationships and will be knowledgeable of plan administration and ERISA.
