We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role is essential to our organization as the main responsibility is to ensure regulatory compliance of the retirement plan industry within all departments of our organization. As the Compliance Analyst, your duties will include but not limited to coaching employees on industry standards, developing policies, and resolving IRS issues for our clients.
The Compliance Analyst will serve as a resource to positively impact development of Benetrends employees and plan administration practices to meet client needs and ensure operational compliance with complex ERISA, IRS and DOL requirements. This is accomplished by providing guidance, quality control work review, hands-on teaching, and direction.
To be successful in this role, you should possess extensive experience in advising organizations on retirement plan industry requirements and standards per IRS regulations.
