National TPA is expanding and adding to an already established team. Those who have a strong compliance knowledge and desire to grow in the industry are encouraged to apply.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of administration in a balance forward and daily valuation environment
- Responsibilities include valuations, compliance / discrimination testing
- Prepare and review coverage and non-discrimination tests, including controlled and affiliate service group considerations
- Calculate ADP/ACP refunds and recommend appropriate corrections
- Ability to understand plan provisions and review plan documents
- Determine eligibility, vesting, and calculate contributions / allocations
- Complete and review contribution calculations (age weighted, integrated, cross tested, etc.)
- Preparation of 5500 Forms, related schedules and other IRS Forms
Experience Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience
- ASPPA or NIPA designations are helpful
- Experience with ASC or Relius software
