We are expanding our New Business team and are currently seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable person to grow with our group.  You will work from your home office with the support of AimPoint Pension.

Job Description:

This position will handle the implementation and/or conversion of our new clients retirement plan.  The New Business area is our new clients’ first contact with our firm, and is therefore critical to their overall satisfaction.  The chosen candidate would be expected to develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of retirement plans, plan administration, recordkeeping platform partners, as well as all internal and external procedures necessary to complete a successful implementation.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Completion of implementation/conversion project plans within agreed upon timelines and within the parameters of the client’s expectations and internal processes
  • Configure internal programs and internal databases for each plan
  • Maintain communication with record-keeper/advisor partners regarding status of new accounts
  • Accurately process new client work flow
  • Assist with projects or duties from outside departments as needed
  • This role requires ability to “think on feet”, work cheerfully with internal departments as well as recordkeeper partners, Financial Advisors and new clients.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience in qualified plan design, compliance testing and administration
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel experience, and the ability to learn new software quickly 
  • Great communication skills with plan sponsors, advisors and other points of contact
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Motivated

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the following software programs:  PensionPro
  • Knowledge of day-to-day retirement plan administration practices, and familiarity with mutual funds, insurance and other investment products
