Stalker & Associates Inc. is an administration firm located in historic Newtown, PA.  Due to continuing growth, our Retirement Plans division is searching for candidates to provide quality Retirement Plan services. We are a fully remote office with flexible options to also work on-site.  We offer competitive salary, benefits, paid vacation time, and sponsor employee continuing education.

Summary of Position:

The Retirement Account Administrator is the primary point of contact for clients. In this role, you will work daily with your clients and will coordinate annual retirement plan related administrative tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compliance testing (including ADP/ACP, non-discrimination, top heavy and coverage testing).
  • Complete annual Plan reporting and Form 5500 filings and related schedules.
  • Understanding of Plan documents and participant notice requirements.
  • Provide employer contribution calculations using various allocation methods.
  • Assist clients with Plan Document design, restatements and amendments.
  • Maintain proper plan vesting and perform RMD calculations.
  • Build strong client relationships with both the Plan Sponsor and Advisor.  


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retirement plan industry and ERISA regulations.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Desire to both gain and share knowledge and experience.

Education / Certifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Industry designation/license (ASPPA, NIPA, etc.) preferred
