We are currently looking for the right team member to provide our clients with hands-on, personal attention, who is self-motivated, focused, and organized. In this position, the candidate will be exposed to plan administration and accounting of Defined Contribution and Cash Balance plans, while at the same time entering our sales department as a junior sales associate. This position will be responsible for assisting with sales and marketing activities including referral and prospect databases, marketing initiatives, prospect projections for new plans, as well as helping with existing clients and the analysis required to maintain these plans. Initial training will be provided, as well as continued education throughout the year and as needed.

Required Skills

  • Financial Services experience in the 401(k) Retirement plan arena
  • Strong number/accounting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Self-Motivated, Focused, Strong Organizational skills
  • Ability to Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
  • Positive attitude and dedication to our client's needs

Desired Skills

  • Detail oriented person with excellent accounting, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Time management capabilities
  • Experience with Adobe PDF software
  • High level of character, likability, trainability
  • Ability to build referral loyalty
