Are you looking for a fast-paced and challenging opportunity with a growing company?

Retirement Direct is a national third-party administrator and recordkeeper of qualified retirement plans.  We are headquartered outside of Charlotte, NC, and we are growing! 

We are looking for a motivated quick-learner to fill a Client Service Administrator (CSA) position.  The CSA will be expected to work normal business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) Monday through Friday in a casual work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Distribution and loan processing from start to finish, including vesting verifications
  • Assisting participants, clients, and/or financial advisors with distribution and loan issues/inquiries
  • Preparing fee disclosures (participant and sponsor)
  • Preparing enrollment workbooks
  • Help with training of new CSAs
  • Performs other related duties as required.  Could include:
    • Conversion / deconversion work
    • Trading reconciliations
    • Assisting with compliance work
    • New plan setups

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience with plan administration and/or loan and distribution experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to read and understand legal plan documents
  • Ability to meet processing deadlines
  • Attention to detail for processing accuracy
  • Ability to use a personal computer including proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to go the extra mile when needed
