Retirement Plan Administration Consultant


in Telecommute / Edina MN

To help TSC meet the needs of its growing client base, we are looking to add a Retirement Plan Administration Consultant to our team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service are highly valued. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience performing compliance tests, calculating employer contributions, and preparing Form 5500s.

In this position you will:

  • Help clients and referral sources with questions
  • Formulate and suggest plan design improvements
  • Perform all required compliance tests (coverage, nondiscrimination, top-heavy, etc.)
  • Calculate employer contributions
  • Reconcile trust accounts
  • Prepare government reporting forms, statements, and compliance reports
