Ameritas Life Insurance Corp is seeking a Client Relationship Manager - Virtual to drive the business by cultivating relationships between the Ameritas Home Office, financial professionals and qualified plan decision makers with the goal of retaining and growing plan assets. This position partners with the financial professional assigned to plans with $1M - $3M AUM to enhance the plan sponsor's perception of the financial professional and Ameritas. This position proactively manages plan sponsor expectations virtually to focus on the value-added services provided to the small plan marketplace. Virtual relationship-building is a strong purpose and really drives of this role.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Virtual annual plan reviews and other client meetings
  • Virtual participant enrollment and education meetings
  • Escalated client services issues
  • Virtual financial professional meetings/relationships
  • Proactive outreach calls and virtual meetings
  • Retention and pricing initiatives
  • Plan design reviews and discussion
  • Virtual sales final meetings
  • Virtual on-boarding of new plans
  • CRM system activity logging
  • Identifies and manages at-risk clients

Requirements:

  • Obtain series 6 license and state insurance license within six-months of hire
  • Obtain AIF within one year
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, RP & CRM systems, and virtual technology
  • Excellent telephone and virtual meeting/presentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate in-person meetings
  • Ability to understand and master investment contracts, fees and expenses, plan design, investment basics, fiduciary concepts
  • Prefer someone who is fluent in Spanish
  • Minimum job experience
    • Minimum two years' experience in retirement plans
  • Location
    • Lincoln and Cincinnati home office (remote possible in PST or MT)
