We are actively seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Contributions Associate. This position offers the opportunity to learn the functions of our organization with substantial growth potential. The ideal candidate is client services oriented, has exceptional attention to detail, eager to learn and appreciates a teamwork environment in a culture that encourages professional development and a commitment to employee satisfaction.


  • Process and track retirement plan contributions and deposits for defined contribution plans.
  • Send late contribution and/or deposit transmittal reminders to Plan Sponsors.
  • Research and resolve contribution and technical issues.
  • Service existing and new clients in retirement plan administration, including a full range of administrative and operational support services via -email and phone to a variety of clients and plan participants.
  • Complete special projects and reports, as assigned, in an accurate and timely manner.


  • Undergraduate degree from a 4-year college required. Candidates with a degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Math or similar fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates who have experience with Sungard / FIS Relius are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Customer service, call center and/or inside sales experience will be useful in this role.
  • Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interface with clients (English language required; Spanish as well is a plus).
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Excel skills are required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Desire to function as part of a team with the ability to self-motivate to meet client demands.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reside near our Long Island office. Candidates residing in NJ, CT, or upstate NY will not be considered.
