DB DC Plan Administrator

Integrity Pension Services, LLC

Integrity Pension Services, LLC is a third-party administration firm located in Las Vegas, NV that provides plan design, administration, representation, and consulting to our clients across the nation. We are seeking a full-time, experienced, and organized professional to add to our team that can manage a caseload of plans independently and communicate directly with clients, brokers, advisors, and a variety of financial intermediaries. Training will take place in Las Vegas, but remote work is available upon completion of training.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a caseload of ≈75 DB/DC plans depending on experience/performance
  • Provide effective and timely verbal and written communication in a clear, concise, and informative manner to clients and financial advisors
  • Assist the client with all initial and ongoing plan questions
  • Assist the client in meeting all IRS and Department of Labor deadlines necessary for qualified retirement plans
  • Prepare plan distribution and loan paperwork
  • Perform annual compliance testing and corrections as necessary
  • Prepare Trust Accounting and other required annual reports
  • Prepare and/or review IRS Forms 5500 and all related schedules

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Four-year college or university degree in accounting, finance or other business-related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERISA DB/DC plan administrator
  • Experience with FT Williams software preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code as it relates to compliance testing, Forms 5500, plan design, and plan document interpretation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work well in a team environment; team player
  • Detail oriented, organized, accurate; ability to self-check work
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • ASPPA or NIPA Designations preferred but not required
