DC Plan Administrator

Heritage Administrative Services, LLC

Overview:  Heritage Administrative Services, LLC is a growing TPA firm with an opening for an experienced DC Plan Administrator.


  • Manage a caseload of DC plans, ranging in size.
  • Performance of nondiscrimination & coverage testing
  • Calculation of plan contributions and allocations
  • Preparation and electronic delivery of Form 5500 with schedules
  • Communication with plan sponsors and financial advisors on all aspects of plan administration
  • Preparation of plan documents, including amendments and restatements

Knowledge & Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years prior Administrative experience
  • ASPPA designation(s) preferred
  • Datair administration and 5500 software experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet and manage deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to “think outside of the box”
  • Excellent client service / communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • DB / Cash Balance experience a plus
