Nova 401(k) Associates (www.nova401k.com) provides consulting and pension administration services for all types of qualified retirement plans including, 401(k), Profit Sharing, Cross-Tested and Defined Benefit, including Cash Balance Plans.  We are headquartered in Houston, Texas with offices in Dallas and Austin, TX and Scottsdale, AZ. Nova is a fast growing company with more than 120 employees and nearly 50% of our employee population is remote across 20 different states.  

This is a full-time position focused on providing internal recruiting support using applicable knowledge in human resources with highly developed interpersonal, organizational and technical skills. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes recruiting strategies for delivering exceptional talent and meeting hiring needs in a timely fashion
  • Develops and enhances hiring processes and procedures
  • Conducts preliminary interviews and manages hiring process using applicant tracking system
  • Prepares job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other written materials
  • Prepares offer letters and assists with negotiation of offer packages
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

  • College degree required
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Prior recruiting or hiring experience preferred
  • Prior 401(k) Administration experience a plus
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Superior organizational and coordination skills
  • Committed to lifelong learning and coachable
