Summary:
Provide the best customer experience for our clients while handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and/or outgoing calls
  • Assist callers with web access and password reset
  • Follows various communication scripts
  • Identifies customer needs, answers questions and provides solutions / alternatives
  • Up-sells products and services when possible
  • Builds sustainable customer relationships
  • Keeps accurate records of all conversations
  • Builds product knowledge

Skills and qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable in 401k retirement plans and other financial services
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to listen to clients and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be an effective communicator
  • Must be a creative problem solver
  • English / Spanish is a must.
