In this role, you will perform routine service and administrative functions with respect to retirement and annuities products while acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to perform more complex plan transactions. Your overall responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Processing enrollments, terminations, withdrawals and estimates.
  • Communicating directly with clients by telephone as well as via written correspondence as you respond to their questions and concerns and perform the necessary research to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining participant and employer files via on-line functions, keeping claim controls and logs, and helping to prepare statistics.

Our Philadelphia Regional Office is one of 33 Regional Offices located across the continental United States, and 2 Satellite Offices in Alaska and Hawaii (in addition to our New York City Headquarters and Boca Raton, FL location). You'll report directly to the Second Vice President and join a team of hardworking sales and service professionals who are all full of energy and enthusiasm and are highly driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You'll also partner with other Headquarters departments to coordinate client service issues.


We are looking for someone with at least two (2) years of prior experience in a related industry, but we are willing to train. You should be able to maintain the highest level of service and professionalism at all times. You should also have strong initiative and communication skills, the ability to multi-task effectively and solid PC skills. In addition to these attributes, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active FINRA Series 6 (if no license, must obtain within the first 90 days from date of employment)
