We offer a true open architecture 401(k) platform that gives advisors and plan sponsors the ability to choose the best of breed investments from any fund family with very competitive fees.  LT Trust is looking to expand its sales force by hiring experienced individuals to close business directly with Plan Sponsors, as well as prospect advisors primarily servicing the micro and small plan markets.

  • Respond timely to inbound sales leads resulting from marketing efforts
  • Effectively communicate LT Trust’s value proposition to potential Plan Sponsors during scheduled sales calls
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts, especially managing personal time and productivity
  • Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns to drive inbound leads
  • Maintain prospect information in Salesforce
  • Develop and manage relationships with attorneys, CPAs, benefit brokers, and other referral sources


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years in retirement plan administration, service, or sales.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required
