Summary of essential job functions:

Maintain Third Party Administrative Services

  • Support a caseload of small/mid-size clients
  • Prepare and/or review qualified retirement plan documents utilizing approved software
  • Prepare and/or review qualified retirement plan compliance testing using  approved software
  • Prepare and/or review Form 5500s utilizing approved software
  • Manage client communication
  • Contribution calculations
  • Cross testing projections and calculations
  • Plan design consulting
  • Assist in the establishment and  refine administrative standards and procedures for qualified retirement plan
  • Establish and manage team deliverables, ensuring service level objectives are consistently met or exceeded
  • Monitor progress against objectives and goals
  • Proactively identify and implement ways to improve client satisfaction and deliver results
  • Attend training on retirement plan administration

Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Overall familiarity with technical compliance rules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Good problem resolution skills
  • Good organization and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail is important
  • Experience with ftWilliam software is a plus
  • ASPPA certification a plus
