Prime Pensions is looking for an administrator who will be responsible for all aspects of defined contribution and defined benefit plan administration, including 401(k), profit sharing and cash balance plans. Responsibilities will include compliance testing, contribution calculations, writing plan documents, preparing Form 5500s, 1099Rs and asset reconciliations.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience;
  • Knowledge of laws related to qualified retirement plans;
  • Ability to read and interpret plan documents;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and customer service skills required;
  • Proficiency with software programs, including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required;
  • Experience with FT Williams, Relius
